It's finally here - MASH Summer Party Time! Join us on Saturday, July 31, for an afternoon of food, beer sharing and poolside fun!  MASH will provide the Main Course: Pork Barbeque, Brisket and Vegan Grilled Mushrooms. You'll need to bring: 1) A Side or Salad or Desert  2) Folding Chairs 3) Bathing Suit / Towel 4) Beverages to Share This PRIVATE Party is open to all MASH Members, spouses/significant others. It is an adult-only event and limited to 2 tickets per Member. Log-In is required to obtain free ticket(s) to this event. It is being held at a private residence of one of our own members - Thank You M.D.! The event address in Powhattan will be provided during the ticket confirmation process (select the radio button, then copy & save). The address will also be emailed to attendees 1-Day prior to the event. Party Stats at 2:30 pm / Dinner at 5:00. Come on out on Thursday, July 15, for an incredible mid-summer MASH meeting! We are excited to welcome back Virginia Beer Co. brewmaster, Jonathan Newman. Jonathan put Williamsburg on the map with his lineup of killer beers and has been a huge supporter of MASH even before his time at VBC. We're looking forward to catching up and maybe learning a few tricks of the trade. We'll have our usual club updates, including some exciting upcoming events and comps. Gathering usually starts between 6-6:30 with homebrew sharing and some good-natured socialization. Meeting & presentations kick off at 7:00. See you there!

MASH invades Midnight Brewery for our June 2021 meeting!  Come join us as we venture to Midnight Brewery on Thursday, June 17, for our 1st Post-Covid MASH Meeting Road Trip! We've got a great agenda planned  - including announcing the results of our Club-Only MASH’N at Midnight competition. The winner brews their beer at Midnight Brewery with a brewery release in August (just in time for Virginia Craft Beer Month) and includes distribution to the masses! MASH'N at Midnight, Our Club-Only English Bitters & Porters Competition will take place on Thursday, June 17th at Midnight Brewery. This is an outstanding opportunity to have your beer brewed at (and potentially distributed by) Midnight Brewery! Style Categories are English Bitters (BJCP Styles 11A / 11B / 11C) and English Porter (BJCP Style 13C). Please register your submission and drop off your entries at Artisans Wine & Homebrew prior to 6pm on Wednesday, June 16 or coordinate pickup with an officer. Two 12 oz. Bottles or One 22 oz. Bottle or a Grunt or Growler equavalent will all be accepted. Be sure to affix bottle labels to your submission (Use the editable PDF Bottle Label Link Below)... Finally! It's Here - Our long awaited Spring Party! Join us on Saturday, April 24th for an afternoon of food, beer sharing and REAL SOCIALIZATION! MASH will provide the main protein - Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Itallian Sausage, and Smoked Chicken. You'll just need to bring a side, salad or desert. And of course... Bring whatever beverages you'd like to share. Our outdoor venue will allow for distancing as each person sees fit. Bring a chair and enjoy the fun! CLUB ONLY - SPECIAL EVENT! Bring your empty growlers, grunts, or other vessels and help the club empty some kegs with a fill of one or both of these incredible brews! It’s a win-win as MASH helps some of our favorite breweries move a keg or two and we all reap the benefits of great beer straight to your glass. Hurry, fills are limited so reserve yours now. Filling will take place Saturday, April 17 between 12pm and 4pm in Midlothian (address sent after reserving your fill). You MUST bring your own clean vessel(s) – none will be available.
